I would want to probably use a newsletter for information such as events, deals, or other changes (such as the addition of new drinks or meals). So, content that I think that customers would enjoy seeing:
- Addition of new drinks / meals
- Special deals of the week
- Events (I would leave this to bi-weekly or even monthly)
Customers would want to see this kind of information as (I
hope) they would be curious about such information—they would want to be kept up-to-date
and be aware of any good deals going on. I’d expect that they’d also want to be
informed of events that would be happening in the future so that they wouldn’t
miss it. Keeping customers up-to-date with information on new drinks or meals
(on a weekly or bi-weekly format) would –I hope—keep my business fresh in their
memory and hopefully ensure that they visit it more often.
Hello Stephen, I agree with you that customers would want to see the informational newsletter. It is good to inform new drinks and meals and special events. The purpose of the newsletter is to inform the important dates such as event or promotion and brand new products.

ReplyDeleteGood planning! I think your customers will be benefited from your updates. I can just suggest one thing that you can work on the looks of your newsletter by adding a great image, company's logo, your contact information , nice fonts etc.
Best of luck!

by sending weekly newsletters customer will be reminded to go to your coffee shop and if you send coupons or special offers in the newsletters you will attract more customers, because everybody loves coupons
ReplyDeleteKeeping your coffee shop in the minds of your customers often by sending out bi-weekly newsletters on new product promotions or coupons is a great way to obtain this. You are competing with Starbucks so it is a good idea to constantly remind your customers or potential future customers you are still very active.
